He is unconcerned about all that we encounter in the urban environment from fast passing vehicles to farm animals, odd stuff thrown out on the curb as well as the neighborhood dogs that charge up at us. He is equally outstanding to ride out on our mountain trails. He rides out solo as well as quietly and respectfully in any position of a group. Handles our steep, rocky terrain very well. Crosses the river, small creeks, Trail, bridges, and down timber. This horse is a pleasure to ride and has the sweetest and kindest disposition you could ever ask for. He’s been patterned and run around the barrels, used for Gymkhana and is fun to sort cattle on. He is extremely smooth traveling and is always gentle. Gets along well turned out with other horses and will meet you at the gate ready and willing for whatever you have planned for him. Our granddaughter rides him bareback with a halter in his pen. She just hops right on and goes. Good to tie, tack, mount, shoe, bathe, load and haul.
